Starting January 1, 2026:
Pricing for WhatsApp marketing messages in India will be revised in line with Meta’s updated rate cards.
Utility, authentication, and service messages are not impacted by this change.
The update applies only to messages delivered to Indian users.
There are no changes to message delivery logic, templates, or compliance rules.
How This Affects Your Cheerio Account
For balance-based accounts
Existing balances will be deducted according to the revised pricing for WhatsApp marketing messages starting January 1, 2026.
For credit-based accounts
Existing credits will continue to work as usual. Your available credit balance may adjust slightly to reflect the updated pricing structure.
No action is required from your side.
