Role overview
You will own the roadmap for our AI automation products, working directly with the founders to define where the product goes and then driving the execution that gets it there.
This is a hands-on role with LLMs, RAG systems and AI APIs. You will make the trade-offs between what scales and what feels right to use, and you will be judged on what customers actually adopt rather than on what ships.
Key responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for AI automation, finding opportunities through deep customer research and market analysis rather than feature requests.
Work hands-on with LLMs, RAG systems and AI APIs, partnering with engineering on the trade-offs between scalability and user experience.
Drive delivery through Jira and Asana, and guide decisions with data from Amplitude, Mixpanel and Hotjar.
Lead and mentor a small team of product managers while staying obsessed with the micro-experiences that decide whether a product feels good.
Work with the founders on positioning and strategy, and bring evidence rather than opinion to those conversations.

What we are looking for
7+ years in product management with a strong B2B SaaS background, ideally at an early-stage or Series A company.
Proven experience leading PM teams and shipping AI-driven products to real users.
Exceptional product sense and a deep obsession with usability.
Strong stakeholder management and a high-efficiency mindset.
Comfort working hands-on with AI tooling rather than managing it from a distance.
